Pat Vallerand, attorney mediator, brings an extensive and varied background to her conflict resolution practice, having worked as a litigator, business owner, non-profit administrator and teacher/trainer. She has also served as a part-time Pro Tempore Judge and Arbitrator with the Lane County Circuit Court and an Impartial Hearings Officer for the State of Oregon Department of Human Resources, and she was an adjunct professor with the University of Oregon School of Law from 2006 until 2012. Pat has been a member of the Oregon State Bar in good standing since 1979 and the Oregon Mediation Association since 1999. Her other professional memberships and relationships include:

Having received training in various mediation styles, Pat is able to provide a process and approach that best serves individual client needs, from facilitative/transformational to investigative/evaluative analysis. Pat specializes in working with high conflict family cases and has extensive background and training in screening for domestic abuse and violence issues in both family and employment situations and making recommendations for appropriate conflict resolution options.
Pat is also is licensed to perform weddings and commitment ceremonies in Oregon.
Basic hourly fee for services is $150 an hour. A half-day or full-day fee may be applied in appropriate cases. Travel time out-of-town is generally charged at $65 an hour, plus expenses. Contact us for further information on fees, billable costs and charges. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
